Crystal Sarmiento

Crystal Sarmiento is a Certified Behavior Analyst and Consultant, Business & Executive Coach, Speaker, and Best-Selling Author. She is the Founder of The ARI Source and Becoming a Lioness—a brand created to impact women worldwide.

Her book, Becoming a Lioness, was ranked #1 in Christian Leadership and received the Amazon Best Seller's Award. She has also been featured as a top coach on FOX News, NBC, and CBS.

A Houston native now residing in Manvel, Texas, Crystal is a dedicated wife and mother of five. After more than 13 years serving in international organizations and ministries, she founded Becoming a Lioness to motivate, empower, and tangibly impact women in the community.

With more than 20 years of experience in corporate and business sectors, Crystal made the decision to move from corporate America to corporate calling. Through The ARI Source, she serves clients across the U.S. and internationally, helping leaders break performance records, overcome complex obstacles, and step into their next level of leadership.

Crystal was recently elected to serve on the Manvel City Council, where she currently serves as the only Latina and only woman on the council.
