Hector Villarreal
Hector Villarreal serves as CEO of LUCHO Holdings Inc., a privately owned company with international interests in Brazil, Italy, and Nicaragua. He has a diverse background spanning international business, media, private equity, and community leadership.
Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Hector was raised in Los Angeles before returning to Monterrey for his education. He later moved to Houston, where he worked as a news and weather anchor for KXLN Channel 45 Univision before transitioning into business and international development.
Hector has served on the boards of numerous civic and nonprofit organizations and currently serves as Board President of Helping a Hero, along with leadership and advisory roles with several Houston-area organizations. His extensive experience in business, leadership, and community service brings a valuable perspective to The ARI Source's mission of developing purposeful, impactful leaders.

Crystal Sarmiento
Crystal Sarmiento is a Certified Behavior Analyst and Consultant, Executive & Career Coach, Speaker, Best-Selling Author, and Founder of The ARI Source and Becoming a Lioness. Her book, Becoming a Lioness, was ranked #1 in Christian Leadership and received an Amazon Best Seller Award.
With more than 27 years of corporate experience and over 13 years serving international organizations and ministries, Crystal transitioned from corporate America to what she calls her “corporate calling”—helping leaders and women step into greater purpose, confidence, and impact.
A Houston native, Crystal serves clients throughout the U.S. and internationally, bringing a powerful combination of leadership expertise, coaching, and real-world experience to every engagement.
